Some of the things you will do:

  • Work closely with our customers to help them grow their business

  • Define customized business plans for existing clients, and drive activities to meet plans

  • Execute plans in close collaboration with clients and identify needs for support and training

  • Analyse performance and suggest activities moving forward

  • Collect product feedback and participate in requirement analysis

Hopefully, you will bring:

  • Strong sales and communication skills

  • Great knowledge of customer account management

  • Experience in complex applications, preferably in the travel domain

  • Excellent writing skills in English
