Some of the things you will do:
Work closely with our customers to help them grow their business
Define customized business plans for existing clients, and drive activities to meet plans
Execute plans in close collaboration with clients and identify needs for support and training
Analyse performance and suggest activities moving forward
Collect product feedback and participate in requirement analysis
Hopefully, you will bring:
Strong sales and communication skills
Great knowledge of customer account management
Experience in complex applications, preferably in the travel domain
Excellent writing skills in English
