Here you’ll get the opportunity to take part in a unique journey to onboard and support clients for the cruise industry that is growing explosively! Our global e-commerce platform provides the consumer with real-time data from travel agencies, cruise specialists, and cruise lines for an international market with multiple languages and currencies.

We are looking for a person who is structured, customer-focused, and curious, who can understand a complex technical landscape, and who likes to dig into and solve problems. You are offered great personal responsibility and we encourage your initiatives. For this role, we think you also need to have a good ability to prioritize and be determined when needed.

You must thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with a lot of energy, and great passion, and can learn and change fast.

Some of the things you will do daily:

  • Work in a small team in close collaboration with experienced colleagues

  • Onboard new customers by setting up applications and assisting with support and training

  • Improve support systems by writing guides and training articles

  • Investigate, track, and solve user problems

Hopefully, you will bring:

  • Strong communication skills

  • Great knowledge of support processes

  • Experience in complex applications, preferably in the travel domain

  • Excellent writing skills in English, more languages are a bonus

  • Experience in training and writing user guides

Location: at our Stockholm / Nacka HQ.
